CONVENTION CARDS REQUIRED

Filling out Bridge Base Online Convention CardACBL has suggested directors issue an Average Minus (AV-) to pairs that fail to self alert if oponents are damaged, espicially if the pair that did not self alert has failed to fill out a convention card and is not playing BBO's default SAYC Card.

If you don't fill out a card, you automatically default to BBO's SAYC Card and you are expected to know and play by BBO's SAYC Card.

FILLING OUT A CONVETION CARD
IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!

If you are not sure how to fill out a Convention Card, here is a link for a good instructional video on Youtube. It last less then 4 minutes and shows you everything you need to know plus a few other tips and tricks. Once you fill out the card and save it with your BBO Partners user name, every time you play with that partner, the card will automatically be displayed when the two of you are playing. Addtionally, changes made to the card by either one of you will also be relfected on your partners card automatically.

Below is a copy of the BBO SAYC Convetion Card. If this is not the card you are playing, please fill out your own card. If after you watch the video you still require help filling out the card, feel free to give me a call.

For those playing in the Asheville Clubs online BBO game.

Once or twice a month we send out favorable stats of those that have had a good month playing bridge. From time to time we include a little humor and announce winners in certain categories. Several times a month we send out a general news email.
